The billing process needs major improvement!!! I faced a significant error upon check-in, charged double my agreed rate!!! The room options available were limited and the overall atmosphere felt outdated!!!

My experience was overshadowed by several issues. The shower in my room was leaking, creating a mess whenever I tried to use it. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also struggled with the lack of basic amenities, as there was no toilet paper available in the bathroom, and I had to ask for it multiple times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our family enjoyed the guided city tours, and the room was well-equipped for our needs with babies. We loved the free breakfast, which had a wonderful variety that everyone enjoyed.

In my wife’s opinion, the elevators could be faster, especially with strollers. It was occasionally a bit cramped during busy times.

Bogota's food scene is a gem! I hit up La Hamburgueseria for a solid burger fix and Miro Restaurant for a taste of local flavors. Plus, the bar area had a chill vibe perfect for unwinding after a day out.

The room was cozy with a relaxing jacuzzi, and my family loved the cleanliness. Nearby restaurants were great too!

We took guided city tours to Monserrate and the Gold Museum, which were amazing. The staff was super friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great for exploring local attractions, and the vibe was chill for a group getaway.

Only downside was our room. It felt cramped and dark, with walls so thin we could hear everything next door. Not ideal for relaxing after long days out.

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, the jacuzzi was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of exploring the area, and the hotel is conveniently located 15 km from the airport, making it easy for travelers.

Solo traveler finds hidden gems

The property is beautiful, the staff are real pros, especially the receptionist and the guy serving breakfast. The location is close to everything, easy access to the mall and airport, it made my life simpler than expected.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable considering what you get.
